Our books are posted out in Noviawrap, a fully recyclable and secure form of packaging.

Shipping costs are based on weight. The cost of shipping is shown in your shopping basket, and is added to the cost at the checkout.

We endeavour to ship all items within 3 working days of payment. UK customers please allow 7 working days for delivery. UK items are posted by first class mail, overseas items are all posted by Air Mail. Please allow 28 days for overseas deliveries.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether you wish to wait for the item or not. Credit/debit card payments will not be taken until the item is despatched. Paypal payments will be refunded if you do not wish to wait for the item. If an item cannot be obtained within 28 days of your order we will notify you and cancel the item from your order (and refund any related Paypal payment).

Out of stock items are normally back in stock within seven days.

If an order is despatched in more than one delivery due to availability, the shipping cost will be based on the combined shipping cost as shown at the checkout.

If part of your order is despatched and part cannot be obtained you will only be charged for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) despatched.

You can contact us to arrange a return. We will refund you the cost of the item, but not the shipping charge or costs of transport in either direction.

A refund will only be made if the item is in the same condition as it was when it left us, for example a sealed tarot deck should still be sealed.
